What is DFE?
In 1998 Hy-Pro Filtration and Scientific Services Inc partnered to develop a dynamic version of the ISO4572 (now ISO16889) multi-pass filtration performance test for hydraulic and lubrication filter elements. The result is an enhanced version of the industry standard test that measures filter performance under real world operating conditions and allows system designers to anticipate fluid cleanliness by testing filters the way they are actually used on their system.
